The TLE6251-2G is a high speed CAN-Transceiver with wake and failure detection. It provides an excellent passive behaviour in power-down. This feature makes the TLE6251-2G extremely suitable for mixed power supply HS-CAN networks. It provides different operation modes with a very low quiescent current in sleep mode. Based on the high symmetry of the CANH and CANL signals, the transceiver provides a very low level of electromagnetic emission (EME) within a broad frequency range. Based on the Infineon Smart Power Technology SPT®, it provides industry leading ESD robustness together with a very high electromagnetic immunity (EMI). The Infineon Smart Power Technology SPT® allows bipolar and CMOS control circuitry in accordance with DMOS power devices to exist on the same monolithic circuit. The transceiver and the Infineon SPT® technology are AEC qualified and tailored to withstand the harsh conditions of the automotive environment.

The BTS5090-1EJA is a 90 mΩ single channel Smart High-Side Power Switch, embedded in a PG-DSO-8-43 EP, Exposed Pad package, providing protective functions and diagnosis. The power transistor is built by an N-channel vertical power MOSFET with ge pump. The device is integrated in Smart6 technology. It is specially designed to drive lamps up to 1 P21W, as well as LEDs in the harsh automotive environment.

The TLE5206-2S is an integrated power H-bridge IC with DMOS output stages for driving DC motors. The part is built using the Infineon multi-technology process SPT® which allows bipolar and CMOS control circuitry plus DMOS power devices to exist on the same monolithic structure. Operation modes forward (cw), reverse (ccw), brake and high impedance are invoked just two control pins with TTL/CMOS compatible levels. The combination of a low R DS ON and the use of a power IC package with low thermal resistance and high thermal capacity helps to minimize system power dissipation. A blocking capacitor at the supply voltage is the only external circuitry due to the integrated freewheeling diodes.
This device is an automotive suited voltage regulator with a fixed 5-V output, e.g. in a PG-DSO-8-16 package. The maximum operating voltage is 45 V. The output is able to drive 150 mA load. It is short circuit protected and the thermal shutdown switches the output off if the junction temperature is in excess of 150 ° C.

The TLE5012B E1000 is a 360° Angle Sensor that detects the orientation of a magnetic field. This is achieved by measuring sine and cosine angle components with monolithic integrated Giant Magneto Resistance (iGMR) elements. These raw signals (sine and cosine) are digitally processed internally to calculate the angle orientation of the magnetic field (magnet). The TLE5012B is a pre-calibrated sensor. The calibration parameters are stored in laser fuses. At start-up the values of the fuses are written into flip-flops, where these values can be changed by the application-specific parameters. Further precision of the angle measurement over a wide temperature range and a long lifetime can be improved by enabling an optional internal autocalibration algorithm. Data communications are accomplished with a bi-directional Synonous Serial Communication (SSC) that is SPI-compatible. The sensor configuration is stored in registers, which are accessible by the SSC interface.
